This week we’re continuing a new study called Momentum by Colin Smith. Over the eight weeks we’ll explore what it looks like to make progress in our spiritual lives, and we’ll learn ways some of Jesus’ most famous teachings, the Beatitudes, can help us move forward in our faith.

In this session Colin will guide us to the next ring of the Beatitudes—the ring of spiritual mourning. Spiritual mourning is a heartfelt sorrow over particular sins, arising from humility and infused with hope, that leads you to forsake those sins at the cross.
