In order to grow to maturity, believers must be willing (or guided) to step outside of their comfort zones. But unfortunately, most group members are unwilling to journey outside of their “safe place” unless their group leader helps them understand this. As a leader you can help them by modeling it and directing them into these seemingly dangerous spaces.
